Every year in the weeks leading up to Christmas many European Cities are converted into Christmas wonderlands.

Paris La Défense Christmas Markets

This is by far the largest of all the Christmas markets in Paris. With more than 300 stalls offering tasty treats, festive decorations & unique gifts. It it located in the centre of the busy business district, the Christmas village makes for an interesting contrast among the tall skyscrapers. 

Christmas Market on the Champs-Elysées

Situated on the most iconic avenue in Paris, the Champs-Elysées Christmas market entices thousands of visitors each year. With its captivating wooden chalets lining the full stretch from Concorde to the Champs-Elysées roundabout. The stalls sell art & craft goods, local food specialities, decorations, toys & more.

Place Rihour Christmas Market

The focal point of Lille's Christmas Market located at Place Rihour is the Ferris Wheel turning on the main square, which is transformed into a festive wonderland, with a huge Christmas tree. There are over 80 wooden chalets offering everything from Christmas decorations and art & crafts to tasty festive food & drink.

Amiens Christmas Market

The town of Amiens plays host to one of the largest Christmas markets in northern France. With an alpine twist, this market is quite different to many around Europe. There is over 100 stalls providing plenty of delights such as angora wool jumpers, pretty trinkets, sweet marshmallows & Amiens Macaroons.

Every year this market puts on a Brother's Grimm spectacle with huge costumed characters parading the streets with plenty of festive illuminations.
