Geography GCSE Study Packs - Student Study Packs produced by Disneyland Paris encourage practical use of geographical skills. The Field Activity Sheets are varied in approach and style to cater for a mix of abilities and as many photocopies as are required may be made by the school.

Activity Sheets and copies of Teacher's Notes will be sent upon booking. The design of the pack allows for flexibility of use depending on the level of study, student ability and time available. The main focus of the pack is to investigate the issues which influenced the location, development and economic impact of Disneyland Paris both in its initial creation and ongoing development which is planned as far ahead as the year 2017.

There are pre-tour class activities such as designing your own theme park with all its attendant facilities, intended market, product mix, climate and affordability and deciding on a location. Once at Disneyland Paris there are activities such as using grid references to find particular attractions, identifying the type of bridges used in Fantasyland or occupations in Frontierland. Students are also encouraged to consider whether the resort is an example of primary, secondary or tertiary industry and the sort of jobs a variety of people perform.
