Travel Partners & Ferry Routes
We are travel partners of P&O Ferries, DFDS & Brittany Ferries. Our management team & Tour Administrators work closely with these providers to ensure that this stage of your journey is both safe & comfortable.
Our groups travel via Dover, Hull or Portsmouth depending upon their location & destination. Dover crossings are always day sailings whereas Hull & some Portsmouth crossings are overnight. Cabins with en-suite facilities are provided on these crossings. Students share four-berth & staff are accommodated in twin-berth cabins.

Ferry Details & On-Board Facilities
Ferry information, including departure time & booking reference number, will be supplied in your Final Tour Details pack. Your coach driver or tour guide / tour director will ensure that you are checked-in & made aware of timings & arrangements for leaving & joining the coach at the beginning & end of your crossing.
Facilities for changing currency, shops, cafes & restaurants are available on all ferries. Overnight ferries additionally include on-board entertainment, cinema & cabaret/disco.

Travelling by Eurotunnel
Your group can also travel via Eurotunnel from Folkestone. If you have booked a one-day or two-day tour then this option ensures that your group can maximise the time available at the study locations on your itinerary.
Please ensure that you discuss this option with your Tour Administrator if required.
