Discover how mathematics was applied in the context of the First World War. Maths school trips to the battlefields are relevant to all GCSE examination specifications & students will tasks provided at each location visited. To place the students' work in context, their guide will provide background information & explain how mathematics played a crucial role in a significant historical event. The services of a battlefield tour guide (not a Maths specialist) & study pack are included.
