Geography School trips to Burgers' Zoo, Arnhem provide the opportunity for students to experience several different ecosystems. Animals & flora are grouped according to the ecosystem they inhabit. The zoo has a living tropical rainforest, a superb arid Senoran desert environment, a mangrove swamp, safari area, ocean aquarium & south-east Asian savannah. We can tailor your visit to cover your students' specific learning objectives. Please ask to speak to one of our Geography Consultants (former teachers & Heads of Geography) to discuss your requirements.
This school tour is available over 3 or 4 days via Dover or Hull & can be combined with either our trips related to Flood Management in the Netherlands or Urban Change study in Amsterdam. There is also the option of combining with another subject such as Science, History or Religious Studies.
